The brief
Australia's basketball coaching market is fragmented across job boards, school noticeboards, and club Facebook groups. CoachFlow's thesis is simple: if you put every opportunity in one place and keep it fresh, coaches will stop missing the gigs they're qualified for and organizations will stop struggling to fill them.
Aggregation pipeline
A daily ingestion pipeline pulls coaching roles from Indeed, SEEK, SportsPeople, and direct organization posts, normalizes them into a single schema, and tags them by location, level, and pay band. The live board shows 55+ jobs across 48 locations, updated daily, with the source platform's icon kept visible for trust.
Two-sided onboarding
Coaches sign up against a structured profile (region, levels coached, availability). Organizations post directly into the same board. The product is in free beta to seed both sides of the marketplace before pricing layers on.
